| So dawns another week in my life. Things are finally
straightening out in some ways in my life. In other aspects,
things just become more difficult and confusing. I wish I had all
the answers.

| So total update. Here we go...
I am officially diving head first into a new relationship. It is
full of fears and joys already. I suppose as is life. If
you couldn't gather from the previous few entries, her name is
Katie. She is amazing. She is the kind of girl who can have
just as much fun staying at home and watching movies and being quiet as
she can going out on the town and drinking. My kind of girl.
Last night I took her down to Galveston for a walk on the beach and we
laid in the sand and watched the stars. She had never done
either. Score points for Terry. Also, I have seen one
shooting star in my entire life. Last night I saw two.
Katie and I saw the first one together, and I saw the second
alone. I made two wishes. They were good wishes.
My dad is doing ok. He has his ups and downs. I'm really
scared about all that. Another great thing about Katie is she
knows where I am coming from and has insight into my situation that I
had never considered. Well, that is enough gushing for one
night. I miss you all out there in Xanga land.

| So Katie met my mom this past weekend. She passed with flying
colors. Amazing dinner party last night. Southwest food is
the bomb. Wine is awesome. I love life.
|
| |
| So another night of people bailing on Katie and me. I'm beginning
to sense a pattern here. Not that I mind. I cooked some
wonderful food, we had some AMAZING wine and that was that. Fever
Pitch is an amazing chick flick. Guys, if you have to watch one,
rent that one.

| |
| So EVERYONE bailed on me and Katie last night out at Rice
Village. I can deal though. We didn't need them. This
girl is so fun it's not even funny. Maybe next time we'll have
company.
